Each softgel contains:
Unbleached Lecithin (Soya)………………..1200mg
Whole lecithin contains the following natural phospholipids:
phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and phosphatidyl serine.
Contains no artificial preservatives, colours, dairy, sweeteners, starch, wheat or yeast.

Directions:
Take three capsules daily, one with each meal, or as directed by your health practitioner.
